I am passionate about people having the freedom to live fruitful, beautiful lives. But, what is freedom?
Myth One: Freedom is independence.
Fact: When Free to be me without thinking of others, and we both get banged up.
Myth Two: I can do anything.
Fact: Time, energy, and money effect my reach. Community extends my reach.
Myth Three: Freedom rises from technology.
Fact: Our big, organic system breathes freedom. Things don’t. Get with the organism.
Myth Four: Knowledge is freedom.
Fact: Freedom is seen when one dances with wisdom. What do I embody?
Lessons I’ve learned from InterPlay and life. My freedom demands that I take, make, and bake my choices.

Most importantly, Freedom is grounded in love and taking time.
Anne Lamott says, “What fills us is real, sweet, dopey, funny life. I’ve heard it said that every day you need half an hour of quiet time for yourself, or your Self, unless you’re incredibly busy and stressed, in which case you need an hour. I promise you, it is there. Fight tooth and nail to find time, to make it. It is our true wealth, this moment, this hour, this day.” To read more click here. Time Lost and Time Found.
